The JMR TN-1000 Tubing
and Pipe Notcher is the highest quality and one of the most versatile
hole saw notchers on the market. It is manufactured from bar stock,
not plate, to increase strength and has a 1.125" induction
hardened shaft supported by Timken™ bearings. The custom designed
shaft seals prevent bearing and shaft damage and the shaft accepts
replaceable hole saw mounting threads.
Angle changes
can be made easy due to a Timken™ thrust bearing at the pivot
point to increase clamping force while reducing wrench pressure.
Use it for prototyping or production work.

When
I pulled the JMR tube notcher out of the box I was amazed at the
quality, completely enclosed and sealed shaft housing that comes
pre-lubricated, no chance for vibration, there were definitely no
corners cut in this design. This notcher is much more versatile
than many other manual notchers on the market today, with the capability
to notch square tubing two ways, and the notcher can achieve angles
that most cannot. There is no doubt that this notcher is one of
the best manual notchers on the market.

JMR
products are some of the highest quality products for the back yard
fabricator. This notcher vibrates far less then the JD2 notchmaster
that I was used to using before. The clamp on the JMR unit is much
beefer and holds the tubes tighter. I use this notcher at least
10-20 times a week and absolutely love it. Don't think any other
hole saw notcher can beat the JMR unit! |
