The
RDB - 050 tubing and pipe bender is the newest manual machine in the Baileigh/RMD lineup. This bender features a unique 3-bending speed rachet mechanism that gives the user the option of high speed bending for smaller diameter tubing and a lower speed, high torque setting for heavy wall material.
The unique drive mechanism on this bender allows the user to make a full 180º bend without having to remove pins or reposition drive arms. An anti-springback mechanism greatly reduces the risk of wrinkling thin wall material and provides support for bending heavier material. All pivot points on this heavy duty machine also utilize aluminum bronze bushings to prevent galling.
