JMR Die Sets: If you do not see the die set that you require please contact our sales staff for a recommendation or quote. The Degree column in the chart below designates 120 or 240 degree die sets. 240° dies will bend up to a full U-bend of 180° plus springback. Min. Wall denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the radius specified. CLR stands for "Center Line Radius", meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. Materials such as chrome moly or stainless may require special consideration. A single asterisk in the Common column denotes our most popular die sets.
