 The MetalAce product line will continue to be offered
through an extensive dealer network. MetalAce dealers will
also have access to other metal shaping items that compliment
the wheels such as deep throat shrinkers and barrel/bossing
mallets.

MetalAce
English Wheels Moving to Iowa |

| Van Sant Enterprises, Inc is thrilled to annouce its
purchase of the MetalAce company. MetalAce has been an
industry leader in the manufacturing of high quality English
Wheels. MetalAce will become a part of Van Sant Enterprises,
most well known for its Trick- Tools.com website. All
operations will be moved to the company headquarters in Pella,
IA. MetalAce will be housed in a brand new 22,000 S/F facility
that is currently under construction. Manufacturing of the
wheel line should resume around the onset of 2009.
For years the MetalAce product line has met the needs of
many fabricators with a wide lineup. Van Sant Enterprises will
immediately broaden the product offering with a unique
hand-held English wheel. The high standards of the US made
wheels will continue under its new ownership, maintaining the
slogan of "Craftsmen Know."
