The
Model CP20 is a bench top three roll (angle roll) universal
bender.
It is an electro-mechanical bending machine complete with
adjustable lateral material supports and an electronic digital
display to monitor roll position. The unit is ideal
for rolling standard/special sections plus small diamter tube
and pipe mild and stainless steels, aluminum, brass, copper
and other materials. The unit's small size makes it highly
portable and versatile. Top roll position is adjusted
by means of a lever handle and the lower rolls are driven
and knurled for optimum profile traction. No other machine
compares for cost effectiveness in bending small material.

roll positions for accurate repetitive work.

lateral material guides, adjustable, to create spiral
pitch, support and/or straighten the profile; guides adjustable
also in tilt towards or over the top roll for maximum versatility!
- Universal
rolls, hardened, in high grade tool steel, for bending
most standard sections.
- Main
power switch, forward/reverse rotation switch, controls
in low voltage.
