How to keep Aluminum from plugging up sanding belts, disks and grinding stones.

Use a bar of hand soap on the belt or disk before sanding Aluminum or soft metal. The soap keeps the Aluminum from sticking to the belt surface.
Caution: Watch out for the soap dust while soaping the belt, the soap dust in your eyes will burn just like it does in the shower.
